Our areas of expertise
Wills & Powers of Attorney
Clients often come to us to prepare their will after realising that preparing a valid will can be trickier than they first thought. We know all the laws and rules to make sure your wishes are correctly set out in a valid will.
Your will can usually be done with one or two appointments at our office. We will first let you know our expected costs and then at your initial appointment, we will advise you, discuss any issues and take down your instructions.
Generally a brief second attendance to our office is required for you to sign you will and it’s done – something a lot of people unfortunately put off for too long.
We help you make your wishes clear.
