Clear View Lawyers is a law firm based in Hurstville, Sydney that stays true to its name.  We clear the legal haze so that you know where you stand and what to expect with your matter and from us, at all times.

When we started our law firm, we wanted our name to reflect who we are, what you can expect and what a great law firm in Sydney should be.  With our vision and values in mind, the name for our firm became obvious – Clear View Lawyers.

Clear View Lawyers was started in 2015 by Danny Saad and Jenny Fulton.  For many years, Danny and Jenny acted together in well over a thousand debt collection and other civil litigation matters and achieved many successes.

We formed Clear View Lawyers together because we both have the same ethics and appreciation of our work and clients.
